Final implementation for FRMCS and railways infotainment test cases

This report describes the FRMCS application and media functions required to support UC3 and UC4 in railways environment that will be used in the cross-border validation, describes the integration among these applications based on the architecture and describes the final functionality of the apps and the results obtained in the final testing and validation in small scale test beds before the integration phase.
