Final apps for automotive test cases

This report describes the automotive application and the in-car V2X extensions to support UC1, UC2 and UC4 that will be used in the cross-border validation, describes the integration among these applications based on the architecture and describes the final functionality of the apps and the results obtained in the final testing and validation in small scale testbeds before the integration phase.
